emptiness is lonliness and lonliness is cleanliness
The slim white stallion made his way through the trees, the scent of pine soothing and strong in his nostrils. Needles crackled gently beneath his hooves, branches swayed above his head and tendrils of fog wound their way amongst the trees. Zero kept his head high, his pale eyes alert to any sights, his ears pricked for any signs of life. But none came. Continuing, he came a spot where the trees thinned out, until they finally stopped altogether. Here, the mist had been burned away by the noon sun, and the vastness of the moor before him took his breath away for a minute. Purple heather gleamed, golden-yellows blossoms shone from the branches of gorse bushes, contrasted by the bright green bracken, and only a few hundred metres away, the lay silently a great lake.
and cleanliness is godliness and god is empty just like me
Zero cantered over to the lake and took a long drink. The water was clean, cool and soothing. Once he had drunk his fill, he raised his head again to look out over what seemed to him to be the garden of eden. Smiling, he realised that he hadn't encountered any horses there either. Shaking out his thick mane, he let out a whinny of pure joy. This was perfect. This was his.
Zion
A pine forest covers around a third of this territory. The rest is filled with heather, bracken and gorse. The forest is dense, dark and sheltered, with several small streams which rarely dry up. There are several small rock cliffs and caves around, which can be good fun for cubs to explore, as long as they are careful. These places sometimes home predators such as wolves and bears. Outside the forest is a wild moorland, a sea of heather and gorse, in the centre of which is a small lake. The lake is a perfect place for a drink and a rest; the heather thins out around it, leaving a sandy shore bathed in sunlight.
